After buffet breakfast, proceed on a guided tour of Tokyo. Visit the 7th Century Buddhist temple – the Sensoji Temple in the Asakusa Kanon District. Also visit the Nakamise Shopping Arcade, where you have a chance to buy some local Japanese souvenirs. Enjoy local lunch. Later, visit Tokyo Tower, 150m observation deck. See the Shinto shrine - Yasukuni Jinja, see the Vinod Pal Memorial, the Rainbow Bridge. Visit Odaiba Mega Web Toyota city, Statue of Liberty. Take a seat on the boat for a cruise down the Sumida River from Odaiba to Hinode. Return to Tokyo

After buffet breakfast, check out and experience Mt. Fuji, Japan’s most famous symbol! Take in the amazing views from Mt. Fuji 5th Station (weather permitting) After local lunch proceed to the ropeway to Owakudani & embark on a scenic boat ride on tranquil Lake Ashi. Later drive to Matsumoto.

After buffet breakfast, check out. Later you will visit the Winter Wonderland of Japan. Tateyama has some of the heaviest snowfalls in the world. Proceed to enjoy the Japanese Alps – transfer to the Alpine coach, visit the Kurobe Dam, enjoy the cable car ride, take a trolley, take a special coach through the Snow Wall. From mid-April to mid-June (tentative dates), you can walk between the 20m tall snow walls in Murodo’s dynamic Gorge of Snow. Enjoy the snowfall and play to your heart’s content in the snow-covered world. Murodo is located in the centre of the Alpine Route at a height of 2450m. After buffet breakfast, check out and enjoy a visit to the historic Oumicho Market, a busy and colorful market and explore along with local residents some of the 200 shops selling seafood, vegetables, fruits, flowers, regional specialties and more. Later you’ll be whisked back in time to the exciting Edo period when you visit the Nagamachi Samurai district, a small neighborhood of narrow, cobblestone streets where brave samurai warriors once lived. Many homes are still occupied by the Samurai descendants and you’ll visit the Nomura Family house that is open to the public where you can admire the stone lanterns and bridges in the garden as well as the cypress-wood ceiling in the residence. Proceed to the beautiful Kenroku-en Garden, one of the finest gardens in Japan and marvel at the waterfalls, ponds and charming tea-houses. Later, transfer to your hotel and check in.

After buffet breakfast, check out and visit the Alpine villages of Shirakawago and neighbouring Gokayama - Declared a UNESCO world heritage site in 1995, they are famous for their traditional gassho-zukuri farmhouses, some of which are more than 250 years old. Gassho-zukuri means "constructed like hands in prayer", as the farmhouses' steep thatched roofs resemble the hands of Buddhist monks pressed together in prayer. The architectural style developed over many generations and is designed to withstand the large amounts of heavy snow that falls in the region during winter. The roofs, made without nails, provided a large attic space used for cultivating silkworms. In Gokayama, you really must experience making washi (Japanese paper). Make your own postcard, fan or bookmark, allowing you to interact with the traditional industry and history of Gokayama and giving you loads of things for you to do and see. Thereafter, you will proceed to Kyoto - Embodying Japan’s rich culture and complex history, Kyoto has over 2000 temples and shrines, delightful gardens and exceptionally preserved wooden buildings. The sights, wonderful local cuisine and exceptional arts and crafts are certain to enchant you! Upon arrival in Kyoto, transfer to your hotel and check in.
Tonight, enjoy an Indian dinner.Osaka - Train to Hiroshima - Miyajima Island - Hiroshima Peace Museum - Osaka
After buffet breakfast, transfer to Hiroshima by bullet train. Drive to Miyajima Ferry Pier to embark on a short ferry ride which will bring you to Miyajima Island. See the floating Torii Gates – the second most photographed monument in Japan and see the Itsukushima Jinja Shrine. Take the ferry back to the mainland. Enjoy local lunch. Drive to Hiroshima - the city where time stood still when it was devastated during World War II by the Atom bomb. See the Cenotaph which is a tribute to all those people who died due to the bombing. See the Atom Bomb Dome – the only building that remained after the bombing which has now become the symbol of Hiroshima. Visit the Peace Memorial Museum. Later transfer to Osaka by bullet train.
